Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Celina, OH is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to set up, adjust, and operate machinery to produce parts to print specifications. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.

Experience with reading inspection gauges, including micrometers, is beneficial. Paid training provided; second and third shift options available with shift premiums.

Pay tops out at $32.00/hour (plus shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, adjust, and operate equipment to produce parts to print specifications.
• Change tooling as needed.
• Use a hoist or lift truck to move parts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read blue prints, understand basic math, and have the ability to problem solve.
• Experience with reading inspection gages including micrometers is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Read blueprints, basic math, reason, remember and analyze.

Additional Information:

• Paid training provided
• 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:45pm - 10:55pm Monday through Friday
• 3rd shift: Hours for this position are 10:45pm - 6:55am Sunday through Thursday
