Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand in New Holstein, WI, is seeking Welders to join our manufacturing team. You will perform MIG welding on stainless and carbon steel and work with robotic welding processes to meet customer drawings and specifications.

Candidates should interpret mechanical drawings, set up fixtures and welding parameters, and maintain welding equipment. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the Aebi Schmidt Group.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings including weld requirements.
• Knowledge of wire and filler material applications for various steel alloys and aluminum.
• Working knowledge of fixture and weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Weld prep and MIG welding on stainless and carbon steel, including robotic welding.
• Use measuring instruments for precision and quality checks.
• Conduct process inspections and maintain documentation.
• Perform welding equipment maintenance.
• Finish grind using manual and power tools.

Position

Welders are responsible for various types of weld preparation, Mig welding on stainless steel and carbon steel and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction along with Robotic Welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in assigned welding techniques including robotic welding experience.
• Conventional and precision measuring instruments.
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation.
• Welding equipment maintenance.
• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
