Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, WI, is seeking skilled welders to join our team. You will perform MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel, prepare welds to customer drawings, and assist with robotic welding operations.

Candidates should interpret drawings, operate welding equipment, and participate in process inspection, documentation, and finishing. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a supportive, safety-conscious manufacturing environment,

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, including weld requirements.
• Knowledge of wire and filler material applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and other materials as needed.
• Working knowledge of fixture and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Proficient in assigned welding techniques including robotic welding experience.
• Conventional and precision measuring instruments.
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation.
• Welding equipment maintenance.
• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
