With over 3 years of experience in Fit & Weld operations, you’ll have the chance to lead with your expertise and mentor teammates while working on cutting-edge projects.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on, fabricating sub-pieces, ensuring precision with shop drawings, and adhering to customer specifications and industry standards. Your deep knowledge of steel shapes, sizes, mill tolerances, and AWS/AISC codes will set you apart. As a leader in quality and safety, you’ll help us maintain our reputation for excellence while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Starting pay: $23 - $27+/hr; plus a $2/hr shift differential(Depending on Experience)
