We utilize Laser Welding, TIG Welding, and Cladding to repair, modify, and assemble various components, from injection molding dies to Aerospace and Medical devices. Using the latest technology in additive manufacturing and conventional welding, we achieve surface enhancements that are otherwise impossible for most welding houses.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Ability to select and identify proper materials, including weld wire, needed for welding components.
• Prepare materials for welding; grind and clean metal.
• Work from complex blueprints and/or verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Compute and document dimensions and tolerances.
• Determine the best welding practices needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
• Think creatively and outside the box.
• Verify part quality.
• Be a self-starter.

Position Demands

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit for extended periods daily.
• Able to pass vision screening.
• Overtime may be available during peak workloads or special projects.
• Perform repetitive duties.
