Job summary

AriensCo, Brillion, WI, is seeking a 1st Shift Welder to fabricate parts, attachments, and products for our Plant 4 facility. You will weld using manual or robotic processes, read blueprints, and ensure welds meet print specifications. The role requires accurate measurements, basic math, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4 days x 10 hours, 4AM–2PM, with a starting pay of $24 per hour. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Professional welding experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation.
• Good communication and ability to follow written/oral instructions.
• Completion of internal welding certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld multiple material types in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or robotic welders.
• Inspect and prepare parts, adjust equipment, and ensure welds meet print specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to produce quality welds.
• Repair defects and clean welded parts per specifications.
• Follow welding procedures and process instructions.
• Assist teammates to meet daily production goals.
