Job summary

AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN is seeking 1st shift Welders to join our team. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour on a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 4:30 AM–3:00 PM with some Fridays).

You will weld flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions using manual or robotic welders, interpret blueprints and weld symbols, and prepare parts for welding.

Eligibility includes professional welding experience and the ability to pass internal welding certification; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Professional welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Pass internal welding certification.

Responsibilities

• Weld multiple material types in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions per work instructions.
• Operate manual or robotic welder and adjust settings for quality welds.
• Prepare, repair, and clean welded parts per print specifications.
