Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler for the 1st shift in Brillion, WI. The role involves assembling outdoor power equipment, using hand and power tools, and working in a team to hit daily production targets. Starting pay is $20 per hour with a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days, from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 4:45 AM to 2:45 PM, with opportunities to grow and develop within a supportive culture that values teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Able to follow standard work and safety rules.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand or power tools to assemble outdoor power equipment.
