Job summary

AriensCo, Brillion, WI, is seeking a 1st Shift Welder to fabricate parts, attachments, and products for our Plant 4 facility. You will weld using manual or robotic processes, read blueprints, and ensure welds meet print specifications. The role requires accurate measurements, basic math, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4 days x 10 hours, 4AM–2PM, with a starting pay of $24 per hour. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Professional welding experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation.
• Good communication and ability to follow written/oral instructions.
• Completion of internal welding certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld multiple material types in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or robotic welders.
• Inspect and prepare parts, adjust equipment, and ensure welds meet print specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to produce quality welds.
• Repair defects and clean welded parts per specifications.
• Follow welding procedures and process instructions.
• Assist teammates to meet daily production goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for welding and manufacturing a variety of parts, attachments, accessories, and other products. Candidates with experience reading blueprints and a strong understanding of basic math skills are highly preferred. * **Pay:** Starts at $24/hour* **Schedule & Shift:** Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4AM-2PM **THE DAY TO DAY...*** Weld multiple material types flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions within process limitations and as determined by work instructions using a manual or robotic welder* Remove and install rolls of weld wire and make equipment adjustments necessary to properly weld* Interpret Blue print and weld symbols to produce welds to print specification* Use proper welding technique and adjust equipment as necessary to produce quality weld problems* Prepare parts necessary for welding* Repair defective welds to print specification* Clean-up of welded parts per print specifications* Follow written welding procedures, specifications and work instructions including (IPV) in process verification* Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals **THE QUALIFICATIONS...*** Professional welding experience required* Ability to communicate effectively by applying common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions* Pass appropriate internal welding certification* Working knowledge of Blue Print reading and weld symbols Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
