Job summary

Aggressive Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join our team in Minnesota. The role focuses on welding parts to print using MIG and TIG, ensuring quality and timely output.

You will inspect welded components, follow safety procedures, and maintain accurate documentation, including timekeeping and prints. This full-time position offers competitive benefits. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of wire feed welding experience, a welding tech degree preferred, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience of wire feed welding
• Welding experience in a related industry preferred
• Welding technology degree (2-yr) preferred
• Ability to pass AHI welding certification within 90 days of hire for multiple processes
• Ability to setup and run various programs on welding equipment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude preferred
• Comfortable using various computer software
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Welding products to print using manual, semi‐automatic, and automatic welding equipment using MIG and TIG

• Responsible for daily welding of work in adherence to the quality management system
