Job summary

Valley Craft Industries is hiring a Welder for a 1st shift in Lake City, MN. This 4-day schedule runs 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with OT as needed. You will MIG/TIG weld, set up equipment, and read blueprints to meet production targets in a clean, safety-focused shop environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fabricate daily production and custom orders.
• MIG and/or TIG welding to quality standards.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery.
• Position materials using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools.
• Maintain productivity targets (3 cabinets per hour).
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Support light machine maintenance as needed.
