The Welder position focuses on welding metal parts per blueprints and maintaining precision in bead size and welds, while supporting safety and efficiency on a 4-on 4-off schedule.

You’ll work with gas welding equipment, read AWS blueprints, and be part of a team that values performance, growth, and hands-on training, including on-site Weld

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read AWS blueprints and interpret welding specifications.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Must wear PPE including PAPR for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welds metal parts with gas welding equipment per blueprints.
• Positions parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor and clamps as needed.
• Examines weld bead size and other specifications.
• Repairs broken or cracked metal objects and builds up metal parts.
