Job summary

Anchor Fabrication MS in United States is seeking an entry-level welder helper. You will learn welding procedures, safety policies, and how to follow a welding procedure specification (WPS) while receiving hands-on training to prepare for certification.

This role emphasizes reliability, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment. Initial duties focus on learning, supporting senior welders, and building foundational skills required for advancement, with

Qualifications

• Must have some weld experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Position may require bending, kneeling and stooping.
• Must have effective communication and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to retain training.
• Punctual and dependable attendance record.
• A strong work ethic with sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines.
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.
