Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local employer in Stuart, FL in their search for a welder. This is a great opportunity to advance welding skills and learn new techniques while joining a winning culture with Adecco on assignment with our customer.

Pay is $18.14 per hour, Monday through Friday 5:00am to 3:30pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401K plan, and access to Aspire Academy for upskilling.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints and production plans.
  • Basic knowledge of welding processes including GMAW and GTAW.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding of metal components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Monitor welding operations to ensure quality standards and prevent overheating, distortion, warping, or material defects.
  • Inspect finished workpieces, identify defects, and verify measurements against specifications, blueprints, and templates.
  • Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs on damaged metal products as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of welding processes, including gas metal arc, plasma arc, and resistance welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production plans
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Pay Details:

$18.14 per hour
