Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding certification and/or 3+ years welding experience (strong fundamentals and willing to train).
• Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM, with occasional overtime.
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructions.
• Layout, assemble, and build products to specification.
• Apply knowledge of filler metal selection for various steel alloys, aluminum, and select exotic metals.
• Perform GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Weld in multiple positions across a range of metal types.
• Collaborate well with others, welcoming direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Participate in cross‑training opportunities to broaden your skill set.
• Support other operations as needed to maintain workflow, schedules, and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.
