We are industry leaders in designing and producing Class 6 to 8 dump bodies, offering innovative solutions with a focus on quality and customer service, including delivery right to your door.

Essential Duties

• Use jib crane, overhead crane, slings, or manual lifting to position components.
• Lay out, position, and align truck body components according to work orders.
• Clamp and tack weld parts to secure for welding.
• Measure to ensure accuracy.
• Join components with a wire-feed welder, ensuring quality welds.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare floors, assemble frames, hang sides, and install various components as specified, ensuring proper fit, measurement, and welding quality.
• Use cranes and other tools to position parts, ensuring proper alignment and weld quality.
• Install hoist well, tailgate, and other assemblies, checking fit and welds.
• Follow specifications for latching and assembly of tailgates and dump aprons.
