Job summary

Snelling in Sherman, TX is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to cut, assemble, and weld metal components per specifications. You will read blueprints and produce high‑quality fabricated parts for our shop.

This 8:00–17:00 shift requires accurate measurement, layout, and inspection of finished work. Proficiency with MIG, TIG or Stick welding and stainless/aluminum welding is preferred, with 2+ years in welding and fabrication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of shop safety practices
