The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in fabrication. This role requires the ability to read schematics, plan layouts, and select appropriate welding equipment for TIG and MIG processes while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Welding, manufacturing, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with all metals, stainless steel, steel, aluminum, bronze, copper and others.
• Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferred
• Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents and drawings
• Understanding of all health and safety guidelines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Creative abilities a plus, troubleshooting experience and leadership abilities
• Team player, problem solver and expeditious in fabrication with quality work

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this position, you will interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately weld structural components and parts. This is an integral part of the construction process, as it provides a strong infrastructure foundation.
