InProduction, Inc. is a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry, with services spanning design, fabrication, delivery, installation and on-site execution.

The company seeks an experienced welder to join our fabrication team in a fast-paced shop environment. Role focuses on MIG and TIG welding of aluminum and steel, reading prints, and producing high-quality components.

Formación

• 3 years' experience MIG & TIG welding aluminum & steel.
• Certified Welder a plus.
• Must be able to read prints and read a tape measure accurately.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Sufficient strength and physical dexterity (lift up to 75 lbs).

Responsabilidades

• MIG & TIG welding of aluminum and steel.
• Some fabrication will be required.
• Weld on carbon steel and aluminum with MIG/TIG.
• Operate shop equipment (mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills).
• Maintain production level while ensuring quality.
• Work unsupervised and maintain productivity.
• Respond to quick-turn orders; overtime may be required.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

• Mig & Tig welding of aluminum and steel.
• Some fabrication will be required with this position
• Welding on carbon steel various thickness with MIG.
• Welding on aluminum various thickness with MIG and TIG.
• Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc.
• Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality.
• Must be proficient in aluminum and steel.
• Must be able to work un-supervised and maintain productivity.
• Responding to quick turn-around orders some overtime required.
• Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

• Must have reliable transportation
• Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including lifting to 75 lbs.

Compensation:

Starting rate: $20/ hour.
