Job summary

Nextaff is hiring a Welder for a manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. The Welder will perform MIG welding on thin-gauge steel (12–18 gauge) and fabricate hollow metal frames to support production and assembly.

You will read specifications, follow job orders, operate grinders, drills, saws, sanders, and punch equipment, maintain safety PPE, and ensure quality while working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
