Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking dependable, skilled individuals with welding and fabrication experience to join a growing team. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, can read blueprints, and enjoy building quality products from the ground up, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Welding & Fabrication

• Perform MIG welding on structural components and assemblies.
• Weld attachments, brackets, and fabricated parts to beams and tubing.
• Ensure weld quality meets company and customer specifications.
• Operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Cutting & Material Preparation

• Use cutting torches to prepare and modify materials.
• Operate plasma cutters when required.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Blueprint Reading & Assembly

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Lay out parts accurately on beams and tubes for assembly.
• Verify measurements and alignment prior to welding.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Experience using cutting torches required
• Plasma cutting experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
• Experience with layout and fitting of parts for assembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to use measuring tools and follow specifications
• Dependable attendance and commitment to safety
