Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and skilled Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience with MIG welding, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a safe, fast-paced fabrication environment.

This role includes 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday through Friday with some weekends, and a pay rate of $25–$27 per hour based on experience. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, fit, and align metal components to specifications.
• Proficient with measuring tools, including tape measures, squares, and levels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welds metal components to specifications in a safe, fast-paced fabrication environment.
• Operates MIG welding equipment and ensures quality workmanship.
