Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator in Cincinnati, OH to join our manufacturing team. You will weld and fabricate metal components, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet precise specifications.

The role requires 4+ years of MIG welding experience, attention to detail, and safe operation of welding equipment. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with Monday–Friday hours and some weekends. Weekly pay with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mig welding experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
• Measure, cut, fit, tack, and weld metal components and assemblies.
• Use grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication tools to prepare materials.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate metal components to exact specifications.
• Read drawings to determine weld sequences and fabrication steps.
• Prepare materials, set up equipment, and complete builds on production line.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills and the ability to read blueprints. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely while meeting production goals.

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift available
• Pay $26 - $35 an hour based on experience and weld test!
• Monday thru Friday with some required weekends.
