Job summary

Timpte Inc in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Welder to join our brand new Manufacturing Center. You will be essential to building high‑quality products from the ground up and to contribute to a team that values craftsmanship.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour plus DOE with total earnings potential up to $29.40/hour and annual bonus potential up to $5,000. This is a full-time, on-site role at our state-of-the-art facility in Lincoln.

Qualifications

• Weld assemblies using fixtures and clamps.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Operate welding equipment and robotic welders.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Prior manufacturing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Weld assemblies using fixtures and clamps.
• Setup and operate robotic welders as assigned.
• Use cutting torches and grinders as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Practice good housekeeping and keep a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect work for quality and workmanship.
• Responsible for working safely and for the safety of others working in the area.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

What You’ll Do
