Job summary

Timpte Inc. in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Fabricator to join our brand new manufacturing center. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will build high-quality components from the ground up and contribute to a growing, team-focused operation.

You’ll set up and operate fabrication equipment, read blueprints and schedules, and work with hand tools to complete parts on time. Starting pay is $23 per hour with a potential total of $28.40/hour including bonuses.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Have knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures and other equipment.
• Have prior manufacturing experience helpful.
• Dependable and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment.
• Fabricate parts using production schedules, cut sheets and blueprints.
• Move material in and out of the fabrication department.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Practice good housekeeping and keep a clean and organized work area.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

Earn Up to $28.40 Per Hour

• Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour + DOE
• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $5,000 per year
• That equals about $2.40 per hour in additional earnings

Total Earning Potential: $28.40/hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Fabricator, you’ll be an important part of our production team helping build high‑quality products from the ground up.
