Job summary

Timpte, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our brand new Lincoln Manufacturing Center. This full-time role offers hourly pay starting at $22 with overtime potential and room to grow in a state-of-the-art facility.

You will move and stock materials, pick and pack, use standard SOPs, and contribute to daily shipments. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team; forklift certification within 14 days may be required.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock and other materials; track units handled.
• Pick and Pack materials per SOP.
• Record units moved using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Stage finished service orders in correct lanes.
• Pick items via pick ticket or warehouse devices.
• Package items for shipment to minimize damage.
• Meet specified daily shipment metrics.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our brand new, state-of-the-art Lincoln Manufacturing Center. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new facility!

Hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

Earn Up to $27.40 Per Hour

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour + DOE
• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $5,000 per year

• That equals about $2.40 per hour in additional earnings

Total Earning Potential: $27.40/hour

What You’ll Do

• Record number of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Stage finished service orders in correct staging lanes.
• Pick items correctly via pick ticket or other warehouse management devices.
• Package items for shipment to ensure damage is minimal.
• Responsible for meetings specified metrics for daily shipments.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

• Must possess High School Diploma or Equivalent.
