Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking a Welder for its Cleveland, OH operation. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of welding experience and the ability to pass a standard weld test (MIG and Stick).

Compensation ranges from $19–$21 per hour, with a 2nd shift option, health/vision/dental benefits after 90 days, PTO after 90 days, quarterly bonuses, and a 401(k) match. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 10 hours per day, with overtime and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years on-the-job welding experience.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements: lift at least 35 lbs.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Stick welding.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting.
• Operate on second shift with 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday, with overtime as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality workmanship.
