AtWork Group in Knoxville is seeking experienced MIG and Flux Core Welders to join our local manufacturing team. You will weld metal components according to specifications while upholding quality and safety standards.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a consistent 4‑day work week and long‑term opportunities within a growing facility.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience is required.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Seeking experienced MIG and Flux Core Welders to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM.
