Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Production Welders for a travel assignment based in Houston, Texas. This contract role runs 6+ months with potential to extend to a full year, in a fast-paced production environment. Experience MIG and MIG Pulse welding and ability to read weld fixtures is required.

Qualifications

• MIG welding on mild steel (MIG Pulse preferred).
• Read weld fixtures and symbols to position parts.
• Load metal parts onto fixtures and weld components.
• Maintain clean, cosmetic weld quality.
• Work with weld cell team to meet output targets.
• Must be able to work 10‑hour shifts, M–F with Saturdays overtime.
• Reliable transportation to travel site.
• Willingness for post-offer, pre-employment drug test if required.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Production Welders - Travel - $150 Per Diem - Up to $28/hr - Houston, TX

Aerotek is seeking Production Welders for a travel assignment based in Houston, Texas. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on a 6+ month project, with potential to extend to a full year. Ideal candidates will have experience with MIG and MIG Pulse welding, and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to read and use weld fixtures and symbols

• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with overtime on Saturdays
