Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Ironworker Welders for a project in Hooks, Texas. This role involves structural steel erection, welding, and installation of building components.

Ideal candidates are skilled in both ironwork and welding, with a strong safety record and relevant certifications. The position offers $27.90 per hour plus a $100 per diem for each day worked, with comprehensive benefits and paid holidays. Expect 50-58 hours per week, on-site work in Hooks, TX.

Qualifications

• Valid 3G and 4G welding certifications (AWS or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in PEMB, structural steel, or industrial construction.
• OSHA 10 Certificate or ability to obtain.
• Boom Lift Certificate or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and erection drawings.
• Strong understanding of bolt-up, alignment, and steel tolerances.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays, 50-58 hours per week.
• Commitment to OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Erect PEMB and structural steel components on site.
• Weld and bolt-up components to specifications.
• Read blueprints and erection drawings to guide installation.
