Job summary

Trillium Construction in Houston, Texas seeks Structural Welders to fabricate and weld steel Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) housing cabinets. The role focuses on MIG welding, reading drawings, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a structural welder.
• Strong MIG welding experience.
• Experience welding 3/8-inch steel or heavy structural material.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication and assembly.
• Ability to produce clean, strong welds.
• Ability to work extended shifts (10-12 hours).
• Willingness to complete a basic on-site weld test.
• Personal welding PPE and hand tools.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Trillium Construction is hiring Structural Welders in Houston, Texas to fabricate and weld steel Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) housing cabinets. This role involves MIG welding, structural fabrication, and working with heavy steel. Ideal candidates are experienced welders who can read drawings and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
