Miller Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembler in Ooltewah, TN to join our manufacturing team. You will follow assembly instructions, operate tools and perform quality checks to ensure product standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents such as blueprints.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to fasten, fit, and connect components.
• Inspect parts and components for accuracy and quality throughout assembly.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor the assembly line for issues and report them to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on assembly line equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.

Summary:

As the Assembler, you will be a pivotal member of our team, reporting to the Production Supervisor. This role is responsible for putting together products and parts in a manufacturing setting. You will follow assembly instructions, operate tools and perform quality checks to ensure product standards. Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Assemble productsaccording to blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions provided.
• Utilize hand and power toolsto fasten, fit, and connect components.
• Inspect parts and componentsfor accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proceduresto maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor the assembly line for potential issuesand report them to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate and perform routine maintenanceon assembly line equipment.
• Collaborate with team membersto ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed.
