Job description

Partner Equipment Sales is seeking Welders to join our growing team. Please review the responsibilities and qualifications below.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform various welding tasks to complete structural repairs and fabrication on vehicles and equipment, including arc, MIG, and gas welding. Knowledge of steel and aluminum is a plus.

2. Use plasma cutting and oxy-acetylene torches effectively.

3. Follow safety protocols and regulations related to welding operations.

4. Use judgment and reasoning to diagnose and repair equipment, utilizing standard shop tools and measuring instruments.

5. Communicate effectively, interpreting drawings and technical manuals, and maintaining repair records.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent, with proven welding experience.

2. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
