Job summary

Randstad USA in Delano, MN is seeking TIG and MIG welders for first shift (6:00 AM–3:30 PM). These are direct-hire openings with a 1st shift schedule, Monday–Friday; salary 60,000–70,000 per year; high school education required.

Welders will assemble fabricated metal parts, use welding machines and related tools, coordinate with engineering, and ensure accurate data collection for yields and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 1 year welding experience preferred.
• Experience with TIG and MIG welding.

Responsibilities

• TIG Weld a variety of component parts and assemblies.
• Comfortable using welders, inspection tools, jigs, fixtures, pallet jacks and hoists.
• Work with engineering to answer welding questions.
• Order consumable parts using order system.
• Stage welded parts and assemblies in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Complete required information for data collection of yields and efficiencies.
• Package parts as required.
• Redline process and procedures as required.

We have several openings for TIG and MIG welders in Delano. These are 1st shift openings Monday-Friday. Welder is responsible for welding together components to assemble fabricated metal parts, using torches, soldering irons, or welding machines. Other duties may be assigned.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

• Package parts as required
