Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join our team in Boiling Springs, NC. You will perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel, read prints and tape measures, and work with shop equipment to meet fast-paced, high-quality production goals.

The role requires 3 years of MIG/TIG welding experience, ability to work unsupervised, and capability to lift up to 75 lbs. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience Mig & TIG welding aluminum & steel.
• Certified Welder a plus.
• Must be able to read prints & accurately read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Mig & TIG welding of aluminum and steel.
• Some fabrication will be required with this position.
• Welding on carbon steel various thickness with MIG.
• Welding on aluminum various thickness with MIG and TIG.
• Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc.
• Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality.
• Must be proficient in aluminum and steel.
• Must be able to work un-supervised and maintain productivity.
• Responding to quick turn-around orders some overtime required.
• Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting rate: $20/ hour.
