Job summary

Aerotek is hiring skilled welders for a 4-10 hour shift pattern, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays. The role is Contract to Hire and onsite in Blacklick, OH. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) matching.

Due to company growth and expansion we are seeking skilled welders to join our team! Standard schedule is 4-10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday including 1st shift (5:00AM-3:30PM) and 2nd shift (3:00PM-1:30AM). Some Fridays and an occasional Saturday may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on Structural Steel up to 2 inches thick.
• Work collaboratively with other welders and other departments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all welding tasks.
• 3+ years of experience in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong understanding of working with Structural Steel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacklick, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
