Job Requirements:

This position requires skills in welding, grinding, fabrication. It also requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting experience, inspection, and communication abilities. The work environment is fast-paced but rewarding, requiring accountability and teamwork. Join us at our new state-of-the-art facility! Available shift: 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some Friday OT possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Welding stainless steel for tank production in various positions: flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead.
• Identifying faults in equipment or materials and notifying supervisors.
• Clamping, holding, tack-welding, heat-bending, bolting, and customizing fabrication to meet technical requirements.
• Operating welding equipment such as GTAW, GMAW, plasma arc, and others.
• Controlling fitting, burning, and welding processes to prevent issues like overheating or distortion.
• Examining finished products for quality assurance.
• Setting up tools and reading basic prints/drawings.
• Problem-solving fabrication tasks efficiently within specified hours.

Qualifications & Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as a TIG/MIG welder/fabricator, including MIG & TIG welding processes (Spray Transfer, Pulse, Short-Circuit). Stainless steel welding experience is required; aluminum welding is a plus. Experience in custom fabrication is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools and operate manual and power tools.
• Capable of working in extreme conditions and at heights up to 15 feet.
• Must lift/move up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Good vision and hearing, with effective verbal communication.
