Mancan is seeking an experienced Steel and Aluminum MIG Welder in Alliance, OH for a 1st shift opportunity. This growing manufacturing company needs skilled, dependable welders to join their team and help produce precision components for diverse applications.

You will perform custom builds, read detailed drawings, and weld steel and aluminum in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. Good eyesight, math skills, and the ability to work safely with PPE are essential; some Fridays overtime may

Competenze

• Welding experience required.
• Proficient in Steel & Aluminum MIG Welding.
• Must be able to read blueprints/detailed drawings.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull steel and aluminum parts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

1ST SHIFT HOURS

• Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Some overtime on Fridays

Are you an experienced Steel & Aluminum MIG Welder looking for a great opportunity to grow? This expanding Alliance manufacturer is looking for skilled, dependable welders to join their team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform custom build, fit-up, and welding assignments
• Weld steel and aluminum components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Read and interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and measurements
• Lay out, position, align, clamp, tack-weld, grind, and assemble components
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Communicate safety, quality, and production concerns to supervisors

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Welding experience required
• Proficient in Steel & Aluminum MIG Welding
• Must pass a company-approved weld test OR qualify for company-sponsored training
• Strong mechanical ability
• Ability to read blueprints/detailed drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull steel, aluminum, and other parts
• Comfortable working at various heights and positions
• Tractor trailer building experience is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Safety First: Required PPE includes weld hood, face shield, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
