Job summary

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our 1st shift production team in Columbus, Ohio. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding and offers competitive pay, steady hours, and a strong work environment.

Welder (MIG) – 1st Shift

Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $25–$30+ per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret welding symbols, drawings, and work instructions
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and appearance standards are met
