Advanced Exhaust Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team and build high-quality components from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. You will read blueprints and welding procedures, perform MIG welding, and ensure weld quality meets specifications.

MIG Welder - Build Something Solid with Us

Available Shifts

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 1st Shift: Monday- Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

These schedules offer built-in days off and consistent hours.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
• Follow established welding procedures and adjust equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production and quality

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Safe and effective operation of welding equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certification from a recognized technical program or accrediting body
• Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel
