Qualifications

• Experience in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of welding tools, materials, and safety precautions.
• Ability to rapidly adapt in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform plasma table programming, operating a band saw and chop saw, and manual drilling/milling.
• Analyze engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Obtain and maintain licenses or certifications as required.
• Improve operations to reduce turnaround times and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to complete assignments and review issues for improvement.
• Perform other related duties to ensure an efficient work environment.
