• Staff weld production according to demand.
• Generate production reports (labor, quantities, KPI) for leadership.
• Coach and motivate staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
