ZAP Engineering and Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an EPC Project Assistant for our Lakewood, Colorado office. You will own weld map data entry, annotate NDT results, and build test books for hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, while supporting takeoffs and project controls.

This is an office-based role with a clear path into project controls and estimating. Ideal candidates have high attention to detail, the ability to read drawings and isometrics, and strong data-entry skills.

• High attention to detail and data accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and weld maps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated with dependable follow-through on tasks.

Mansioni

• Data entry and management of weld maps, NDT results, MTRs, and heat numbers.
• Prepare and edit piping test packages for hydrostatic and pneumatic testing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, steel, pipe, and weld inch; support estimating and project controls.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, ensure traceability and turnover readiness.
• Assist with project closeout and turnover documentation.
