Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of machine repair experience.
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics experience.
• Basic understanding of robotic controls and processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word/Excel).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while servicing or maintaining equipment.
• Follow maintenance procedures to install, maintain, and repair production machinery and tools.
• Document downtime codes in Plex.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Operate equipment safely (hand tools, grinders, lifts, welders, drills).
• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Assist in continuous improvement to boost production efficiency and quality.
• Basic level robotic experience.
• Use common hand measuring tools.
