Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a shift-wocused supervisor for the Manual Welding Department in an industrial manufacturing setting. You will schedule, coordinate, and oversee welding activities to meet customer demands while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead by example, manage a team under tight deadlines, track progress, and communicate across shifts to ensure smooth production flow. Prior experience in steel fabrication and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication (2-3 years preferred).
• Ability to lead by example and build effective teams.
• Operate under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate jobs with Production Supervisor.
• Ensure welders follow policies while maintaining safety and quality.
• Track work order progress and input data.
• Coordinate with material handler to ensure components are available.
