LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Weld Fitter for the weekend shift on-site in Aurora, Ohio. The role focuses on measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling metal parts to prepare them for welding, with strong blueprint reading and fabrication knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core), read fabrication drawings, and work safely in an industrial environment. High school diploma or better, trade schooling or AWS certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Measure, mark, cut, and shape metal materials.
• Fit and align parts using clamps, fixtures, and hand tools.

Responsibilities
