Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Fitter/Welder for a full-time 1st shift manufacturing role. You will read blueprints, fit components, and perform large-scale welding to join fabrication projects.

The ideal candidate has solid blueprint-reading skills, hands-on welding experience with large parts, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Regular hours Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, with full-time employment and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have proven Fitter/Welder experience.
• Strong blueprint-reading ability required.
• Experience welding large fabricated components.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Fit and position components prior to welding.
• Perform large-scale welding and fabrication.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and programs.
• Inspect completed work for fit and weld quality.
