Job summary

Baer Manufacturing is seeking detail-oriented Fabricators to join the growing team in the United States. Welders assemble and fabricate metal structures using MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, with a strong focus on safety and quality control.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints and drawings, inspecting welded surfaces for flaws, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with teammates to complete projects to specification. Union-related pay scales apply.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine specifications.
• Operate Mig, Tig and Arc welding units to fuse metal segments.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to detect flaws and ensure compliance with specs.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S improvements.

Responsibilities
