Job summary

ProcessBarron is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components used in structural assemblies and industrial equipment. The role requires reading engineering drawings, producing high-quality welds in multiple positions, and safe operation of fabrication equipment.

The candidate should have experience with welding, fabrication, and reading blueprints, with a strong emphasis on safety and producing precise parts for production and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate metal components per specifications.
• Lay out, fit, and assemble parts and structures.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accuracy.
• Operate welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished work for quality and document discrepancies.
