Qualifications

• 7–10 years of manufacturing floor experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with robotic welding systems and fabrication equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of Weld and Fabrication departments to meet goals.
• Analyze production statistics and report department performance.
• Implement cost reduction and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to meet production demands.
• Ensure safety standards and participate in safety audits and training.
• Coach production employees and conduct performance reviews.
